# Cassandra data into ES : Elassandra?

Hello all,

I am looking for ways to import data in Cassandra into ES to enable search capabilities.

From the post below, I understand that one way is to index data into ES simultaneously when writing to Cassandra: [Elasticsearch taking input from cassandra and visualizing through kibana](https://discuss.elastic.co/t/elasticsearch-taking-input-from-cassandra-and-visualizing-through-kibana/70851)

1. I would like to hear your point of view about Elassandra.
2. Does anyone have first hand experience using Elassandra?
