# Change date format "visualize"

Hi,  
I have date term on index (YYYY-MM-DD).  
It's possible change date format "visualize" bars, line, ecc.. from "2014-07-01 01:00:00" to "01-07-2014"  
I have change settings (dateFormat : DD-MM-YYYY) but nothing...

Hi there, unfortunately Kibana doesn't support this functionality. Here's a ticket open that's related: [https://github.com/elastic/kibana/issues/5069](https://github.com/elastic/kibana/issues/5069). Please watch it if you'd like to be notified of any progress.
