Hi everyone,

I’m looking for the best strategy to close an alert in Elastic Security from an external source, without using the Kibana GUI. I’ve considered using the APIs, but I’d like to understand the best practices recommended by the community or Elastic support.

Has anyone implemented a similar solution? Are there any limitations or considerations to keep in mind?

Thanks in advance for your support!
