# Cluster Allocation explain API

Hello. I have some problems with [Cluster Allocation Explain API](https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/elasticsearch/reference/master/cluster-allocation-explain.html). When I do GET request to /\_cluster/allocation/explain URI I get following response:

So, are there any other ways to get unassigned shard's reason? Thank you.
