It probably means that at some point your free disk space was less than 5% according to `cluster.routing.allocation.disk.watermark.flood_stage`: [https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/elasticsearch/reference/current/disk-allocator.html](https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/elasticsearch/reference/current/disk-allocator.html).
