We are in a position where we need to restrict access to the http port (9200). We are looking at different ways to do this, but we need a little more information to continue. Do the members of the cluster ever communicate with each other via this port? We know there is a large volume of data exchanged via the tcp port (9300), but I have not been able to determine if they ever call each other via the http port. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "elasticsearch" group.
