We've had ElasticCloud for a long time and tried to downgrade and it somehow messed up and created multiple shards. Ours is stuck in a bad state and we can't do anything. The backups are too old. Anything we can do. Any thoughts as we are dead in the water: Our cluster Id is this: 89c714 ---
