# Collectd codec not shipping properly

I am trying to configure the collectd codec. We have it shipping every 1 minute.

Interval 60  
#Include "/etc/collectd.d/\*.conf"  
TypesDB "/usr/share/collectd/types.db"

It seems nothing ships until the collectd agent is restarted. Any idea what can be causing this? We are on LS 5.6.2
