# Connecting\_Elastic-Search\_Into\_Excel\_Database

Hi All,

Is this possible to connect _excel database_ into elastic search for  
indexing,If so kindly update me how to achieve it ? What are the steps need  
to be done to perform _connection to excel database via CURL_ (json  
documents)

Save your excel file as a CSV file.

Then checkout the Elasticsearch CSV River
