# Connecting to hadoop gateway fails

I am getting the following error. Has anyone come accross this before?

IOException[No FileSystem for scheme: http]

My config is:

gateway.type: hdfs

gateway.hdfs.uri: [http://db1:50030](http://db1:50030)

gateway.hdfs.path: elasticsearch
