# Contributing to Elastic Search on Github

Hello everyone,

I am trying to setup the ElasticSearch environment in my system to start contributing to the Github repo. I have been following the steps in Contributing.MD and I am facing an error when i ran "./gradlew check" with the latest code and no changes. It's as below

Can anyone tell me what is the issue here and how to resolve it?
