# Conversion of roman number mixed with text

how to deal with the datatype consist of roman number mixed with text.  
like quarter type field consist of Roman numbers mixed with text.  
Quarter Type:  
III  
V Gaz  
V Gaz

Finally i got it by adding  
file  
{  
path =\> "C:/Users/Desktop/AREA COLONIES.csv"

```
     start_position => "beginning"
        codec => plain {
        charset => "US-ASCII"

```
