# CouchDB plugin set dynamic type for Elasticsearch

Not without patching the plugin and building a new gem (which shouldn't be that difficult). I've filed [https://github.com/logstash-plugins/logstash-output-elasticsearch/issues/312](https://github.com/logstash-plugins/logstash-output-elasticsearch/issues/312) for this.
