# Could not login to strigo lab environment for the training

Course: Elastic Observability Engineer (On-Demand)  
Version: Syllabus  
Question: getting the following error when loading to the strigo portal for the labs and I logged with the same email address as the one I used to enroll to the course. Please need support.
