Hello,

My users access data through Kibana.
I want to know if its possible to search directly using the Kibana URI.

**Kibana URI** : [https://mykibana.com](https://mykibana.com)
**Search String** : "event.severity: high"

Trying to created a search link for my users (this doesnt work for me, error code: 404):
[https://mykibana.com/\_search?q=](https://mykibana.com/_search?q=)"event.severity: high"

Please let me know if you have suggestions.

Hey @olatunde.tokun,

Kibana doesn't support this directly. If you describe what you're trying to accomplish, I might be able to recommend an alternate approach
