Trying to use machine learning. the button "create new job" is disabled ---

Which roles does the user you're logged in as have? If you can see the jobs list but not do anything then maybe you have the `monitor_ml` cluster privilege but not the `manage_ml` cluster privilege? The easiest way to get the `manage_ml` cluster privilege is for your user to have the `machine_learning_admin` role.
