# CreateIndexRequest is failing

I have problem with create index.  
Using ELK 7.3  
Getting error: **MapperParsingException[Failed to parse mapping [properties]: Root mapping definition has unsupported parameters:**  
on request:

```auto
CreateIndexRequest request = new CreateIndexRequest(indexName);
request.source(task, XContentType.JSON);

```
