# Creating indices with ILM

Is there anyway through which I can directly add ILM to my indices during creation???If i add these lines in my "abc.conf" will it be applied to all new indices created

ilm\_enabled =\> "true"  
ilm\_policy =\> "default-policy"  
ilm\_rollover\_alias =\> "app-logs"  
template\_name =\> "app-logs"
