# Cross cluster: how to list remote cluster indices and get index mapping?

We have two ES clusters, A and B. B has no Kibana, and we set up B as remote cluster. We use cluster A's Kibana to access cluster B. But seems no way to list all indices on remote cluster from this [https://github.com/elastic/elasticsearch/issues/27099](https://github.com/elastic/elasticsearch/issues/27099), neither to get index mapping. Can you suggest any workaround?
