# Curator failing with 'curator.exceptions.FailedExecution'\>: Unable to get snapshot information from repository: elkbackup. Error: NotFoundError(404, 'snapshot\_missing\_exception',

Hi Team,

We're facing an issue with Curator and it is failing with below error. The Curator is searching a snapshot which is not present in S3. How can we fix this error for delete\_snapshots to work properly.
