# Dark theme dashboard problem

There seems to be an issue with displaying a table in a dashboard while using the dark theme. The dashboard looks fine but when you expand an item in the dashboard to display the table it is in white and the font is in a color that is not legible. I've attached a picture for your reference.

Is this a bug or is there a way to fix this in Kibana?

I'm using Kibana 6.7.1

Hey @Ryan_Clark,

Did you happen to notice this in any earlier versions of Kibana? I know that Version 7.0 fixes this, because there is a Kibana-wide dark mode that you can enable. Here's a dashboard with an expanded data table for reference:

I was running 6.5.1 previously and did not have this issue. Versions 6.5.1 and 6.7.1 are the only two I have used and it seems to only be an issue with 6.7.1.

Thanks for the additional info, that helped me track this down. It was reported as an issue [here](https://github.com/elastic/kibana/issues/34266), and a [fix was put in place](https://github.com/elastic/kibana/pull/34632) for the upcoming `6.7.2` release.
