# Dashboard sharing configuration

I'm running Kibana 6.2.4, and using an iframe to embed Kibana. I'm aware of the embed=true query string parameter (which appears to be undocumented) but I'd like finer grained control. I'd like the option of having the time picker and "add a filter" options, but not the "query bar", "tool bar", or "side navigation".
I believe that this could be accomplished by altering the CSS, but that would affect the whole site not just the embedded dashboards.
I'd appreciate any suggestions.
