# Data Analysis with Kibana - Machine Learning

Course: Data Analysis with Kibana  
Version: 7.15  
Question: Hello, In the lab environment I don't have the options to use machine learning, it only allows me to access data visualizer, so I can't do the machine learning labs of the course. Is there any way to solve this?

Here are steps you can take to check:

Cluster Configuration: Access the cluster settings or configuration to identify nodes with specific roles. Look for nodes designated with the "ml" or "machine learning" role.

Node Roles: Check the roles assigned to each node in the Elasticsearch cluster. A node needs to be designated specifically for machine learning to enable those features within Kibana.
