# Data indexing in Elastic search by Restful API calls are possible or not?

Hi All ,

   Is it possible to fetch data from any web application by Restful API calls and it index to Elastic search . For example i would like to collect alert's information from some monitoring tools and this data want to index in elastic search with the help of any addons or Logstash etc .  

```

I want to visualize the alert data from some monitoring tools in Kibana . Don't want to use jason , xml or log file . Only through API calls .
