Hi,

Is there an option to maintain data, older than 3 months and up to a year, within indices at a lower resolution level and maintain rich data detail for data up to 3 months ?

Low resolution level could show data at a high level and not in high detail. Asking for this option to be able to save disk space for data older than 3 months by not retaining rich detail.

Is this even possible ? Could you provide some similar options or recommended data retention policies/ design for review please ?

Thanks!

You can DIY this by running aggregations and then saving the results back into Elasticsearch, but there's nothing yet available that does this for you.
