I am trying to understand for the design of an index, if the data contained in one of the fields of the searchable type, and that in origin have a markdown syntax, I must store them without the markdown in pure text, or later I can filter them with the use of filters and if this is a good practice.

Perhaps it is a very obvious question for many, but in my case I am at an early stage of the production of future development, and some concepts are confusing to me
