# Defined time for custom action interval

Hi all,

We are ingesting application errors into Elasticsearch and created an alert for that which sends an email to the administrators. We use an Elasticsearch query and run the check every hour but configured the alert to notify once a day. This works as expected.

My question is: Is it possible to tell Elasticsearch at what time the daily notifications should be sent?
