If I do a delete\_by\_query request and wait for it to return, then
index some documents that would match the delete query, is it possible
that delete\_by\_query would delete the new documents as well?

example:
posts/tag delete\_by\_query "post\_id:1"

posts/tag index { "post\_id":1, "tag": "awesome" }

posts/tag search "post\_id:1"

Is the new document guaranteed to still exist?

Thanks,
Grant
