# Delete raw text files once file beat forwarded to ELK

Yes it's outside file beat function but is there any way or tool to delete these files from window OS server once file beat forward to Elastic search as we don't need these physical files anymore as we have these logs in ELK and can save disc space of 4TB (edited)
