Hello, I noticed that the manner for _enabling_ specific roles for nodes changed between Elasticsearch versions 6.X and 7.X, and am wondering what is the new way to _disable_ specific roles for nodes?

In particular, the [documentation here](https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/elasticsearch/reference/current/modules-node.html) provides examples on how to _enable_ specific roles for a node, but not how to _disable_ specific roles.

As an example, how do I disable ALL roles _except_ the master role? Do I need to specify every other role in the `node.roles` setting, i.e.:
`node.roles: [data, data_content, data_hot, data_warm, data_cold, ingest, ml, remote_cluster_client]`,
or is there a simpler way that involves just specifying which roles to disable which works in ES versions 7.X+?
