# Discover link in APM doesn't set the correct index

Just setup APM and it's working. We now have 2 index patterns, the old one and a new one called apm-_. When we click on the view occurrences in Discover it doesn't change the index pattern from the default to the apm-_ so nothing shows up. When you switch the index pattern from the current one to apm-\* you see the events. Is there anyway to get it to switch to the apm-\* index pattern when the link is clicked?
