# Doc with spaces in the id

I can't seem to delete (via java api) docs with spaces in the id. The  
request reports no error but it doesn't appear the doc is actually  
deleted from ES. It this expected behavior? Maybe something I'm  
doing wrong, or a bug ?

Turns out this had nothing to do with spaces but not passing the route to  
the delete invocation. The docs say that clearly, but I don't read so  
well..
