# Docker.elastic.co/beats/elastic-agent:8.16.1 wouldn't listen on UDP 9528

Hi  
Trying to enable the WatchGuard Firebox integration at the Elastic Cloud.  
The docker Agent is connected to Fleet, but doesn't start listening on port 9528/udp. I am getting the following error in the container's log: "did no get initial udp stats from /proc"

There is no ipv6 on both host and docker.

Same with the elastic-agent-8.16.1-linux-x86\_64.tar.gz on Ubuntu:latest.
