Hi all,

Hopefully this is an easy one, but I couldn't find any supporting documentation.

Does Elastic rate limit pulls from [docker.elastic.co](http://docker.elastic.co)? We aren't expecting to pull often at all but we would like to know if there is anything in place, just for awareness.

Many thanks,
Ed
