I am an amateur that has to cover any problem with Elasticsearch....
I have troubles covering the management in this system....

Is there any way I could get checkup for the status of our system
in realtime like phone calls or slack calls or zoom meetings?

Discuss (the site you are reading now) is a good place to ask.

If you are in need of a service with an SLA that covers response times for questions then you may want to consider talking to us about a [subscription](https://www.elastic.co/subscriptions).

If you are a cloud user, please see [Support for Elastic Cloud, Hosted Elasticsearch | Elastic](https://www.elastic.co/cloud/elasticsearch-service/support) on how to raise a support ticket for Elastic Cloud 🙂

Does this help?

However, for some indexes that don't divide somehow...(like standard\_category here) [image] gets error whenever I enable rollovers in hot phases... How can I resolve this..? Furthermore, how can I make undivided indexes to divide like rep- series up above..?

Can this issue be resolved?

Maybe. No need to link to it as it's unrelated to the original question.
