Nevermind. Used bad syntax. This worked:

curl -XPUT -u elastic '[http://roacamu01:9200/\_xpack/license?acknowledge=true](http://roacamu01:9200/_xpack/license?acknowledge=true)' -H "Content-Type: application/json" -d @charles-williams-2b085242-7517-41d4-9524-16fcc08c0046-v5.json
