# Drop in CPU usage

Sorry for a naive question.

At a constant QPS, CPU first increasing and then dropping 5% approximately.  
Can someone help me understand the issue. I suspect it is because of Garbage collector but I am not sure.

I am using 60gb node and 30gb jvm. index size 30gb.
