# Drop list of hosts to filter page on?

I have a page with general 'system info' for a given host. I enter the hostname in the 'search bar' (for lack of a better term) at the top of the page and this triggers a reload of the data.

What I'd _like to do_ is have a list of hosts available on the page and have it reload with relevant data when I change the selection.

Possible?

If you have the hostname as a field in the data, you can create an Input Control visualization and that allows you to this exact thing.

I think Im too noob-ish to really understand what you mean. Is there a sample somewhere that shows this?
