I have **some indices** like below;

```auto
people_in_maribor
people_in_rome
```

etc.

This indices get bigger after a long time.

I want to ask **how to reindex automatically old indices** after a long time.

As an example,

I mean after one year the indices should be

```auto
people_in_maribor => people_in_maribor_2021
```

**Is it possible to automate this in Elasticsearch ?**

Thanks for answering.

No, I am not aware of any way to automate such task.
