# Ece & openshift

Hi there,  
I am new to ece - just made a small test installation.  
I know there is a another flavour called eck.  
My question: Is there alreadey an ece running on / with openshift?

ECE is not supported on Openshift.

- Ubuntu 20.04 LTS (Focal Fossa)
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) and CentOS
- SUSE Linux Enterprise Server (SLES) 12 SP5
- RHEL 8 using Podman

ECK Supports Openshift.

Thank you for the detailed answer! My fault: I did not differentiate betwenn the two. But of course, it can only be ECK. Thank your for the information.
