# ECK and xpack.security.authc.api\_key.enabled with no TLS....workaround or next release?

Hi,

I realize that this is being worked on, but is there any work around for this? Since I cannot enable the api service, I am unable to add agents to the fleet.

If I have to wait until the next release, I assume it will be in 7.16? If so, when it it scheduled for release?
