The elasticsearch helm chart offered a setting to customize the health status so if we don't care about unassigned shards, yellow would be fine.

`clusterHealthCheckParams: "wait_for_status=yellow&timeout=1s"`

See [helm-charts/elasticsearch/values.yaml at 2fd64d0af65f14df7aa01da591919460dabac4b3 · elastic/helm-charts · GitHub](https://github.com/elastic/helm-charts/blob/2fd64d0af65f14df7aa01da591919460dabac4b3/elasticsearch/values.yaml#L242)

However, I can't find an equivalent config for [eck-elasticsearch](https://github.com/elastic/cloud-on-k8s/tree/main/deploy/eck-stack/charts/eck-elasticsearch). Is there way to do this with the operator managed elasticsearch?
