Getting this error in elastic-agent log:  
[elastic\_agent.filebeat][error] failed to perform any bulk index operations: Post "[http://ES:9200/\_bulk](http://ES:9200/_bulk)": context deadline exceeded (Client.Timeout exceeded while awaiting headers)

Hmm, Most probably a not reachable ES URL (wrong address or a not answering cluster) may be the cause ?  
Also on a second thought, increasing the timeout might work from the default timeout . It might not suffice some clusters. Please try that .
