# Elastic-agent fleet upgrade windows - DNS lookup failure

Hello,

I would like to upgrade my fleet server running on a windows server from Elastic 8.10.2 to Elastic 8.11.3. I run the upgrade through the UI from Fleet-\>Agents page.

When I do this, I get the following 2 errors:

```auto
"DNS lookup failure \"artifacts.elastic.co\": lookup artifacts.elastic.co: no such host"

[elastic_agent][error] upgrade to version 8.11.3 failed: failed download of agent binary: unable to download package: 2 errors occurred:
	* package 'C:\Program Files\Elastic\Agent\data\elastic-agent-b0c688\downloads\elastic-agent-8.11.3-windows-x86_64.zip' not found: open C:\Program Files\Elastic\Agent\data\elastic-agent-b0c688\downloads\elastic-agent-8.11.3-windows-x86_64.zip: The system cannot find the file specified.
* fetching package failed: Get "https://artifacts.elastic.co/downloads/beats/elastic-agent/elastic-agent-8.11.3-windows-x86_64.zip": lookup artifacts.elastic.co: no such host

```

But when I copy paste [https://artifacts.elastic.co/downloads/beats/elastic-agent/elastic-agent-8.11.3-windows-x86\_64.zip](https://artifacts.elastic.co/downloads/beats/elastic-agent/elastic-agent-8.11.3-windows-x86_64.zip) into a web browser, It works fine (from the fleet server and/or from the client machine).

When I installed the agent, the command with the URI has no problem reaching the [artifacts.elastic.co](http://artifacts.elastic.co) site.

Any idea what the problem is?
