# Elastic agent healthy but no logs sent

Hi, I am trying to install Elastic Agents, they are labelled as healthy but I do not receive any log.  
I am pretty sure it has to do with certificates, as always.

sorry for the image, but why I cannot choose a different output for agent monitoring? there I set the location of the certificate. other than that can I choose for an output for a policy and another one for a second policy?

I know that probably my explenation is not good, but please let me know if you have a solution.

I'd also like to know

- how to create a certificate for the Fleet server.
- I have an apache server outside my network, is it possible to collect logs with an agent from there? I always have problems with certificates in this case.
