Hi,

We have elastic agent APM server configured on application. Since the last upgrade the fields “ **kubernetes.pod.name** ”/” **host.name** ”/” **host.hostname** ”, none of these fields are being produced.
We have the flow where, the APM server sends the metrics/traces to Logstash, where it enriches them and forwards it to Elasticsearch. In Logstash before the enrichment happens, the metrics were output to debug this and confirmed that agent isn’t populating the host/pod name details.

This behavior was not observed before. Kindly help us in debugging this.

APM server ver: 8.16.2
Logstash ver: 8.16.2

More details regarding the issue are also mentioned here: [ApmServer stopped infusing kubernetes.pod.name in output stream](https://discuss.elastic.co/t/apmserver-stopped-infusing-kubernetes-pod-name-in-output-stream/380252)

Thanks.
