# Elastic Cloud Licensing

Hi All,  
I wanted to know whether the elastic stack offering on elastic cloud is same as elastic cloud offering on azure marketplace.  
If so, can I use the same license from elastic cloud to spin up cluster in elastic cloud or azure.

The offering is the same..

Sign up follow these instructions.  
Make sure you sign up for the correct service.  
It will **not** auto link etc. To what ever you have done " direct"

I am not sure what you mean Elastic Cloud is consumption based... So not sure what license you are referring to

Did you sign up for an annual contract? If so please contact the sales team you worked with.

If not there is no "consumption" to apply..

So unclear what you are asking?
