Is there Data at rest Encryption on self-hosted Elasticsearch ? If so how can i achieve this

There's nothing like that built-in, we prefer to delegate that to the system. It should work to use [dm-crypt](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dm-crypt) or similar.
