# Elastic Indexer in nutch2.2

Hi all,  
I am new to elasticsearch. I am using nutch2.2 as web crawler and elasticsearch 6.1.1.  
When I am trying to do the indexing, it is not working.

I am executing the command - bin/nutch elasticindex elasticsearch -all  
where elasticsearch - default clusture name  
I am getting below exception :

Exception in thread "main" java.lang.RuntimeException: job failed: name=elastic-index [elasticsearch], jobid=null  
at org.apache.nutch.util.NutchJob.waitForCompletion(NutchJob.java:55)  
at org.apache.nutch.indexer.elastic.ElasticIndexerJob.run(ElasticIndexerJob.java:52)  
at org.apache.nutch.indexer.elastic.ElasticIndexerJob.indexElastic(ElasticIndexerJob.java:60)  
at org.apache.nutch.indexer.elastic.ElasticIndexerJob.run(ElasticIndexer  
Job.java:73)  
at org.apache.hadoop.util.ToolRunner.run(ToolRunner.java:65)  
at org.apache.nutch.indexer.elastic.ElasticIndexerJob.main(ElasticIndexe  
rJob.java:78)

Do I need to create any index on elasticsearch?  
Can anybody help me on this ? No idea if I need to do some configurational changes or anything else.
