# Elastic Jira Connector

Having trouble with elastic jira connector i receive following error when trying to test setup:  
`[Action][Jira]: Unable to get issue types. Error: timeout of 60000ms exceeded. Reason: unknown: errorResponse was null`

when testing against the jira api i am able to list issue types for the relevant project but not within the connector

Hey @kash1 , thank you for your question!

Can you answer the following for me:

1.) What version of `connectors` and Elastic stack are you using?  
2.) Are you using hosted or self-managed connectors?  
3.) Do you have document-level security enabled?  
4.) Can you possibly share the entire stack trace with us?

Hello @kash1

As per the error shared by you please check the issue type which you are passing while creating the ticket :
